Neeraj Chopra and Avinash Sable will participate in the Brussels Diamond League Final
New Delhi :Two-time Olympic medalist Neeraj Chopra will compete in the men's javelin throw final of the Diamond League season on September 13 and 14 in Brussels, Belgium.
He qualified for the season finale after finishing fourth in the standings. Chopra performed exceptionally well in Lausanne and Doha, securing second place in both events.
In the Lausanne Diamond League, he achieved his best throw of 89.49 meters to secure second place, while in Doha, his throw was 88.36 meters. Asian Games gold medalist Avinash Sable will compete in the men's 3000 meters steeplechase. Recently, he finished 14th in the Silesia Diamond League 2024 in Poland.
