Supreme Court refuses to hear petition on side effects of Corona vaccine
New Delhi:The Supreme Court refused to hear a petition seeking an investigation into the side effects of the vaccine made to prevent corona. A bench headed by Chief Justice DY Chandrachud said that such a petition only spreads sensation.
The Supreme Court said what would have happened if the vaccine had not been invented. Have you ever wondered what would have been the side effects if there was no vaccine. This petition is unnecessary. The petition was filed by Priya Mishra and Alok Sharma. During the hearing, the lawyer appearing on behalf of the petitioner said that in a case in Britain, a vaccine manufacturing company had said that it could cause blood clots. Then the court said that file a separate class action petition for this.
